Carrier & Processing

We use Pirate Ship to provide the most reliable and cost-effective shipping options available. Most orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Insurance & Coverage

We want your items to arrive safely. To ensure peace of mind:

  • Standard Coverage: Every shipment automatically includes up to $100 of insurance coverage at no additional cost to you.

  • Additional Coverage: If your order total exceeds $100 and you would like to insure the full value of your purchase, additional coverage is the responsibility of the buyer. > Note: If you wish to purchase extra insurance, please contact us at celestialcrystalcoterie@gmail.com immediately after placing your order, or select the "Shipping Insurance" product at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit:

  1. For claims up to $100, we will assist you in the filing process through Pirate Ship/the carrier.

  2. For orders over $100 where additional insurance was not purchased, we are only able to recoup and refund up to the initial $100 covered by the carrier.

  3. Celestial Crystal Coterieis not responsible for any value lost beyond the covered amount if additional insurance was declined by the buyer.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Please note that customs fees, duties, and additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Coverage rules for international shipments remain the same as stated above.
